Chef:
To work alongside our head chef in a small team and deputising in his absence
Using fresh local produce wherever possible
Food safety and hygiene knowledge essential
Proven track record in the catering industry an advantage
The job is 5 days a week to include some weekends and occasional functions
Salary will depend on experience
Sociable hours and good working environment, whites and safety shoes provided

- Working on reception
- Face painting
- Puppet shows
- Supervising the grazy golf hut
- Supervising the water walkers
- Supervising the boating lake
- Supervising the playbarn
- Hosting birthday parties
- Cleaning tables
And much more!
Desirable skills:
Educated to GCSE standard
Proven customer service skills
Proven customer service skills
Able to use computerised systems
Strong interpersonal skills

- Wages will be commensurate with skills, experience and the National Minimum Wage

- Own transport is required, however public transport services the bus stops at the site entrance
- All positions are subject to a three month probationary period
