Having a BBQ this weekend?

Phil, our award-winning sausage maker and head butcher has developed some new burger recipes for the Puxton Butcher’s Counter. Using succulent, locally smoked beef as the base for both recipes, he has taken inspiration from the good old USA. The Tennessee Burger combines smoky herbs and spices with red peppers and the Louisiana Burger adds sweet tomatoes and chilli to the mix.

You can also find homemade marinated Jamaican jerk chicken breasts and kebabs and Piri-piri chicken breasts and pork ribs.

Then there’s always the staple favourite, the Low-Fat Sausage, containing less than 5% fat which is perfect for people who want to enjoy the summer BBQ season while sticking to their diet.
