The butchery at Puxton sells traditionally-reared farm fresh meat, poultry and game. Our friendly, skilled butchers can offer advice and will ensure that your meat is prepared to your exact requirements. We are proud to say that all of our pork, lamb and a third of our beef are supplied our very own Puxton farm, and we make all our own award winning sausages and burgers on site. This means that most of our produce has zero food miles. The remainder of the meat and free-range poultry is fully traceable and sourced from farmers who have been specially selected by the family for their high standards of breeding and feeding.
