Online Booking: Online Booking is recommended as we cannot guarantee same day admission especially during school holidays and weekends.
Admission: Queues are likely during peak admission times (9am-12pm) you will still need to queue for admission even if you have pre-booked.
Soft-Play; Our Soft-Play barn is open daily 9:00am - 5:30pm
Booking Changes; Requests to change an existing booking must be done so in writing to info@puxton.co.uk up to 4pm the day before the booking. This will then be confirmed by the reception team and only once agreed, is that change allowable.
Carer: A named carer comes FOC with an accompanying disabled visitor. Please bring NHS letter or Blue Badge along with you. See our accessibility page for more information.
Admission Tickets; To redeem an online ticket, please print out the booking reference email or show it on your phone.
Opening times; Puxton Park is open every day except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day from 9.00 -5.30 Monday – Sunday. On the night of our annual Fireworks event, we close at 4pm. The farm shop and restaurant open Monday to Saturday from 9-6pm and 9-5.30 on Sunday.
Parking; Car parking is free, see our Access Statement for public transport and disability access.
Discounts; 10% discount is offered to military, NHS, & Bluelight Card Holders using code BLUELIGHT at checkout. Discount applies to admission tickets only. Please bring your card with you to present at reception on arrival.
Gifts and vouchers; Gift vouchers are available to purchase at reception or online. T&C’s apply.
Terms and Conditions
Vouchers can be redeemed online or at Puxton Park and may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the voucher on payment of the difference. If any product purchased with a gift voucher is subsequently exchanged for a product of a lower price or a refund, no change will be given. A gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. Please treat the vouchers as cash. Discounts cannot be applied to gift vouchers or memberships. Puxton Park will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers. Photocopies will not be accepted. Puxton Park reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the gift voucher at any time to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the voucher if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.
Charity requests; We ask that all charitable request are submitted formally on the letter headed paper of the organisation and showing the registered charity number clearly. Those collecting on behalf of a charity who are not employed by said organisation must send us a letter of authority from them, on letter headed paper, which clearly states who the fundraiser is and how long they are permitted to use that charities name and brand assets to collect funds or prizes. This is to prevent fraud and allow everyone a fair chance of being considered for donations.
Jobs and work experience; Puxton Park welcomes applications from fun people who show initiative, please email a cover letter and cv to info@puxton.co.uk. We do offer limited work experience placements, please email animals@Puxton.co.uk to check availability.
Who can buy memberships; Anyone can purchase a membership in full, as a gift or for themselves. However, if you want to set up a monthly membership, it must be set up by the individual named on the bank details given for the direct debit, unless the membership is for a minor.
Rehoming of animals; We do not rehome domestic pets

Baby feeding facilities; Puxton is a breast feeding friendly place. We also have a bottle warming and baby food microwave in both the Clover café and Meadow’s restaurant. Organic baby food is available to purchase in the farm shop.
First aid; Many of our staff are trained in the most up to date first aid. We have a dedicated first aid room in the indoor play barn. If someone needs attention, please find a member of staff in Puxton Park branded uniform.

Feeding the animals; Grass nuts are £1 from reception. All ruminant stock can be fed except the horses and donkeys, please see signage around the park for confirmation.
Dogs; Trained assistance dogs only in the Park, for the safety of our animals. There is a dog walking area outside of the park, ask our staff for details.
Smoking; In line with legal requirements Puxton Park is a 'No Smoking' premises. There is a smoking area at the car park side of the entrance bridge.
Safety; For safety reasons, socks MUST be worn & we recommend long sleeved & trousers when using the indoor play barn to avoid friction burns.
Daily Schedules; A daily schedule and map are available on reception. Activities and events are seasonal and Puxton Park reserve the right to make adjustments to features, events & shows, and some features may not be available at the time of your visit, for example, outdoor attractions may be closed in bad weather and winter months. Facilities, animals and enclosures are subject to change.
