Membership T&C’s
1. Membership Agreement
Membership to Puxton Park is an agreement between Puxton Ltd ("the Company") and the customer. Membership can be purchased online or at our reception desk. By completing a membership form or agreeing to the terms and conditions online, you create a legal and binding agreement with the Company. In return, the Company offers the following benefits to the member:
1. Access, subject to availability, to Puxton Park facilities for a period of 12 months, without additional charge, for the individuals named on the membership form.
2. The Company reserves the right to refuse admission when fully booked; therefore, booking in advance is highly recommended.
3. Additional events incur extra costs, as the membership permits entry for our standard day-to-day operations only.
4. The option to receive advance notifications about events, offers, and promotions that the Company considers relevant to members.
5. Memberships taken out for children under the age of 2 will expire on the child's second birthday. A new or pro-rata membership will be required thereafter.
6. Certain attractions within the park may incur additional costs.
7. Membership availability is limited; we recommend calling ahead to confirm availability before purchasing.
8. Memberships are non-refundable.
9. Membership photos must be taken at reception during the first occasion of using the membership for identity verification purposes. The Company reserves the right to refuse admission to the park for memberships that do not have the required photographs.
2. Conditions of Membership
1. All members must be named on the membership application. 'Open' memberships are not allowed unless expressly authorised by management.2. Membership is subject to the following conditions, and the Company reserves the right to withdraw membership for any breach of these conditions, including any antisocial behaviour, which will result in immediate cancellation of the membership.
3. Membership is valid only for the individuals named on the membership application and is not transferable. Membership benefits cannot be used by anyone not named on the membership.
4. Membership cards are not automatically provided and can be purchased at our reception. Online membership barcodes are included with the membership.
5. The Company may collect and retain information from membership cards for its exclusive use, in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
6. All personal information provided by the customer will be stored and processed in line with the Data Protection Act.
7. The Company reserves the right to refuse membership applications at its discretion.
8. Membership cards or barcodes must be presented upon request when entering Puxton Park.
9. Whilst every effort will be made to check in members, admission is not guaranteed without a membership card or barcode.
10. Corporate or business memberships are not accepted. Please contact info@puxton.co.uk to discuss alternative options.
3. Direct Debit Memberships
1. A Direct Debit membership is for a minimum duration of 12 months, comprising an initial two months' payment followed by 10 monthly instalments.2. Direct Debit memberships will automatically roll on after the initial term until cancelled by the payer.
3. For those members who have paid 2 months in advance, membership will end two months after the final Direct Debit payment has been processed.
4. In the event that a Direct Debit payment is cancelled before the full membership fee is paid, the outstanding balance will become payable immediately.
5. Early cancellation (before the 10th instalment) will result in immediate cancellation of membership benefits, including admission.
4. Carers Tickets
1. Carers can apply for a carer’s ticket at reception, provided they present valid proof that their ward requires support to visit Puxton Park.
2. Carers will be named on the membership and may only visit with the individual they are supporting (the "ward").
3. Carers are not permitted free entry without their ward. The carers ticket is granted solely for the purpose of supporting their ward.
5. Childminders
1. Childminders may purchase membership at the reception desk only.2. Childminders are not eligible for family discounts.
3. Proof of childminding status is required to obtain a membership.
4. Childminder memberships may not be used for family members, who must have their own separately named memberships.
6. Visitor Behaviour and Safety
1. Children must be supervised at all times during their visit to Puxton Park and are expected to behave in a sensible and safe manner.2. Any breach of our rules and regulations will result in immediate cancellation of the membership.
3. Any antisocial behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of the membership.
7. General Terms and Conditions
1. The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and members will be notified of any changes.2. Membership is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
3. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
4. Membership may be revoked at the Company’s discretion for any reason not specified herein.
5. The Company reserves the right to close the park on occasion for events and functions.
