Discover the wonders of Puxton Park, a Farm Zoo Adventure Park nestled in the heart of North Somerset. Guided by our knowledgeable animal team, our meticulously curated education trips offer an immersive and interactive exploration of over 45 species, encompassing farm stock, domestic pets, and exotic zoo animals.

At Puxton Park, our commitment lies in delivering a flexible and tailor-made educational experience. We aim to bridge the gap between classroom teachings and hands-on learning, ensuring that students actively engage with the lessons in a enriching manner. Join us on an educational journey where every encounter is a lesson brought to life in the hands of eager learners.

Day plan for the educational trip:

10:00Arrive and settle in to your base room for the day (toilets, snacks ect.)

10:15 - Begin your three chosen activities (see below).

12:00 onwards - Spend the rest of the day exploring the park

You are welcome to use your base room or the outside picnic areas to enjoy your lunch and all activities will be available to you.

Relating to the class room

We find our educations work best for students when we relate them to what they are taught in the class room. We always recommended telling us a subject or a topic that the students are learning about and we will be able to guide/relate our interactive activities to said subject. Examples could be adaptations, conservation, food chains, classification or any other topic you would want us to relate.
